The Goal
Awaken your senses by tasting wines without preconceptions about their origin, price, or label. By relying on your own emotions and words, this tasting will teach you to trust your senses.
The conditions
From 9,000 rubles per person depending on the category of wines selected.
The Course of Events
The wines offered are accompanied by a buffet. The tasting is supported by a multimedia presentation covering the historical, geological, and technical aspects of the wines. Everyone can express their impressions and discuss the wines. I will help you put these sensations into words. The wines are then explained and commented.
The tasting lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.
The Selected Wines
The wines offered are not known in advance. They are grouped by type (white, red, sparkling) and by theme (regions, grape varieties, aromas, seasonality, etc.). They are served in a logical order that allows them to be better appreciated individually and collectively.
The Participants
From 8 to 30 people, from all walks of life and backgrounds, women and men, lovers of good things, and/or simply curious.
The Location
A pleasant, friendly, private venue located near a metro station in central Moscow.
An ideal place to feel at ease and devote yourself to tasting.
Corporate Events
The tasting can take place as part of a corporate event. It can be adapted to suit the needs and wishes of clients.
Master Class
From tasting to Master Class, it’s just one step. The theme is more specific and detailed. The Master Class may be followed by an exam at the end of the session.
It can also be spread over several sessions in order to gain a broad and in-depth understanding of the subject (region, grape variety, etc.).

Secondly, Jérôme is an excellent cook (many restaurants could envy him). Jérôme’s tastings are a 100% immersion in the atmosphere of the French wine region with all its attributes. Perfectly selected wines, tasting which will allow you to explore the differences and similarities between the different terroirs and châteaux. Jérôme provides comprehensive information about each wine, immersing you in the history of its production, its soils, and its grapes. It’s very interesting.
The atmosphere of the evenings deserves special attention. Usually, there are fewer than 15 people, who get to know each other as the tasting progresses, and by the end, it’s a friendly conversation in pleasant company.
And of course, Jérôme’s professionalism and knowledge of wine are invaluable, as is his ability to engage in relaxed conversation about wine with all the participants in the evening.

It’s always a pleasure to attend Jérôme’s tastings in a very private and cozy atmosphere. Not only are there original and rare wines (it was during one of these gatherings that we tasted a 1979 wine👆), but also gourmet pairings to accompany them.
Each wine is accompanied by a fascinating story about the producers and the characteristics of the grape varieties. The organization is always top notch!
