The Goal
Gather in the welcoming setting of a private apartment, around a beautiful table, to taste fine wines accompanied by a gastronomic four-course menu designed to complement each dish perfectly.
The Conditions
From 9,000 rubles per person depending on the category of wines selected.
The Course of Events
Guests are welcomed with a glass of wine. They then sit down at the table where dinner begins with a starter and the wine that accompanies it. This is followed by the main course, cheese, and dessert. The number of wines depends on the number of guests, generally between 5 and 7 bottles.
The conversation inevitably revolves around the wines being tasted, but not exclusively.
The evening lasts between 3.5 and 4.5 hours, depending on everyone’s mood.
The Selected Wines
The wines offered are not known in advance. They are grouped by type (white, red, sparkling) and by theme (regions, grape varieties, aromas, seasonality, etc.). They are served in a coherent order that allows them to be better appreciated individually and collectively.
The Participants
From 6 to 9 people, from all walks of life and backgrounds, women and men, lovers of good things, and/or simply curious.
The Location
Comfortable private apartment in central Moscow, 30m² living/dining room.
Lots of artwork, beautiful tableware, professional wine glasses.
